Travel Training

Young people learning to travel independently is a key focus of our Post 16 curriculum.

All learners will be enrolled on our travel training programme where their travel training needs will be assessed and a level of support agreed with the student, parent and Post 16.

This is individualised and tailored to meet the young person’s needs. Learners will be trained to use public transport to get to and from our Post 16, daily. They will be expertly supported by our Travel Buddy team.
